I´m looking for someone to rent out my apartment for the following time periods (flexible dates):

December 21 - January 2
January 30 - February 9

$150/day

My 2 bedroom apartment is located a 5 minute walk from Rosenthaler Platz and has a modern kitchen and bathroom as well as a balcony with sun until early afternoon.

There is a single and a double bed as well as a couch and a lounge chair, a kitchen table with 3 chairs as well as a Bluetooth speaker.

The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower and a big mirror, the kitchen has a dishwasher but no oven.

The house itself is very quiet despite being on Torstraße and there are communal washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building.

Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift.
