I’m a pretty easygoing woman in my early 30s working in tech here in NYC. I’ll be away for the holidays visiting family, so I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy and take care of my cozy little space while I’m gone. I’m big on calm vibes, good movies, art, and keeping the space comfy but lived-in.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a 29-year-old graphic designer (she/her). She’s super chill, tidy, and mostly in and out because she has a busy schedule. Very low-maintenance energy. She might also be traveling for part of the holidays, so there’s a good chance you’ll have the place to yourself at times. Overall: good vibes, clean space, no weirdness.
Renting Requirements
This is a simple, short-term holiday sublet, so the process is super easy and straightforward. Here’s what I ask to confirm the booking:
We’ll sign a short written sublease agreement outlining the agreed stay dates and basic terms. Nothing formal or stuffy.
Full payment for the sublease is required before move-in.
I’m happy to show the room in person anytime between Dec 1–15.
If you’re not local, I can do a virtual tour, video chat, or tele-showing so you can get a full sense of the space before committing.
Just reach out and we can find a time that works and walk through details together.
Happy to answer questions or accommodate reasonable requests.
