Hi there, I rent this bungalow long term and am looking for someone who wants to stay here while I am in Europe for 2 weeks.

This is a one bed one bath bungalow right off of Figueroa, a short walk to Sycamore Park and the shops on Figueroa in Highland Park. Features include a living room with roku tv, bedroom with a full size bed (not queen), a very small office with a desk, full bath with sink, toilet, shower and tub, a backyard, and a kitchen with breakfast nook and large pantry. Appliances include a full size fridge, air fryer, stove/oven, blender. No washer/dryer on site. The house is a 1920s bungalow and its age shows, but it is filled with original detailing and character. There are windows all over the house, and luckily there is a beautiful pine tree that shades the house most of the day, so any direct sunlight is speckled. I have lived here for years without the need of air conditioning. There is a yard off of the bedroom that is spacious and relaxing, with a garden that is full of mature, drought tolerant plants. The property is shared with other tenants, but everyone has their own areas and everyone is quiet and respectful. The front and back of the property is gated for security, and the front has 5 steps up to the gate. The house has 3 steps to the front door. Street parking is plentiful.

I’m looking for ideally one person, max 2 people who will treat my space respectfully and be respectful to my neighbors. I’m also looking for someone who loves kitties! My cat Moose is a very gentle 8 year old lady who is deaf, and her favorite thing to do is take a nap beside you. She loves people and loves to just hangout. She is low energy and really just wants to lay in the window to watch birds or lay on your lap for a little snuggle. Her food / water is always available to her, so no need to stick to her schedule, and she is fine to stay home alone to nap all day. Very low maintenance. The cost of this stay takes into consideration the exchange for pet sitting and is reflected in the total amount as shown.

Absolutely no parties or guests other than yourselves.

Ideally looking for someone for the entire stay, but would consider a partial stay.

I cannot sublease to anyone at this time who is not willing to meet in person beforehand. Thanks for understanding!
