I’m offering my one-bedroom, one-bath apartment for short-term rental between December 13 - January 4. I’m planning to leave the apartment set up and ready to go, in hopes of someone using the space as their home away from home.

This apartment is located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, one block away from the C train, and within walking distance to both Prospect Park & Fort Greene Park. Living here will put you in the center of Clinton Hill life, just a few steps from many grocery stores, restaurants & bars.

Speaking of bars, my apartment is located directly above a bar. It’s a neighborhood bar with friendly and respectful bartenders and customers, but as you might imagine, there is some associated noise, especially on the weekends. I will provide a sound machine for your convenience.

The apartment is available December 13 - January 4 for $750 per week. I'm happy to discuss prorating or adjusting the amount based on your length of stay. The apartment includes wifi, a dishwasher, and a professional cleaning before you arrive. Please note there is no washer/dryer on site; however, there are drop-off and self-serve laundromats within walking distance. Please, no pets.
