Available for a Dec 17 through Jan 3 sublet. $100/day or $1,600 for the full stay + $300 refundable security deposit. Preference for someone who can stay the full period or most of the time, 5 days minimum.
Looking for a respectful, low-key subletter. This is not a hotel or airbnb, just my beloved home while I'm away visiting family. The apartment is spacious, cozy, furnished, and in an ideal area!
4 streets from A, C, and G trains, plus Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, coffee shops, and daily essentials. Up 1 flight of stairs. All utilities included (water, heat, electricity, internet).
Looking for:
- Stay for most or all of Dec 17–Jan 3
- 2 persons max
- No smoking. No vaping
- No pets
- Provide full payment + a refundable security deposit
- Share basic reference

We'd schedule an in-person (or video) viewing before booking. This way, I can show you and talk to you about the space and see if we both feel good about the sublet.
If we decide to move forward, there's a sublease agreement to sign that includes $300 deposit + $75 cleaning fee, in addition to the rent: $110/day or $1,600 for the full stay.
