Im currently a Visiting Faculty at Alfred University. While my family and I are away we are offering up our beloved home, adoringly called "The Portal," for short term rental. The Portal has two very large yards with a firepit, in the spring the garden blooms with native flowers and a variety of fruits/veggies. The Portal has been our little artist oasis here in the the growing city of Columbus. The Portal is located in Hilltop among families who have lived here for many years. Our home was built in the 1930s!

The Portal is fully furnished.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed that overlooks the side garden
Bedroom 2: Full size bed that overlooks the side and back garden
When you enter the home you walk into the living area that has an office area we call "the Library" that is furnished with a desk for your writing or work from home needs.
Just off the living room is our dining room with large communal table. Seats 8 or more!
Followed by the Kitchen which gets some of the best light as golden hour descends on Columbus.
Hang a right from the dining room into the hallway where you will find a bedroom on the left and a bedroom on the right with the bathroom between both bedrooms.
The front porch is covered and has a nice rocking bench with wind chimes. We have a washer/dryer that is located in the basement.
Pet friendly and parking aplenty!

Price includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, sewer/trash, internet, yard/lawn care, etc)
