I have thoughtfully curated my apartment to be a nice refuge in the triangle of where East Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, and Bushwick intersect. It's a soulful space designed for rest, creativity, and grounding. I chose warm earth tones, lush plant life, and vibrant pops of color for my home and it provides a calming and comfortable atmosphere that invites you to slow down and settle in.

The bedroom features natural light pouring in from south-facing windows with expansive views over Bed-Stuy and Bushwick. A cozy meditation nook sits at the window’s edge — a perfect spot for journaling, tea, or simply gazing out into the rhythm of the city below. The living area is spacious and open, with a plush velvet green sectional, soft textured rugs, and curated objects that create a lived-in yet elevated feel.

This is more than an apartment, it truly is a homey comfortable space. The city can be crazy sometimes and I wanted an intentional space to reconnect and be in an environment that is soft. Ideal for artists, remote workers, or anyone in searching for a balance of incredible Brooklyn energy and calm. The place is very clean and comes fully furnished as in the pictures. I'll move some things to storage to clear closet space but it's basically read for anyone to live who doesn't have furniture and home stuff like pots and pans etc. The apartment has all of that. WIFI and utilities included.

The apartment has in-unit full size washer and dryer, a walk in closet, and a nice overhead shower with tub and handle shower head.

The apartment is in a luxury building off the Myrtle and Broadway stop. I can send all the links and details if interested. The building has a beautiful expansive roof top with plenty of seating and a small pet park. There is a nice gym but not super big but has modern equipment and is clean. The building also offers a nice lounge on the second floor which is great for remote work. There is also a game lounge with TV, couches, and pool table.

The building has an elevator and my apartment is on the 7th floor.

The neighborhood is walking distance to amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops, and next door to a massive grocery store and also across the street from a Mr. Kiwi that has $6 pressed juices so yeah, cheers for six dollar nutrients in a cup.

The nearest Subway station is JMZ Myrtle Broadway stop and also like a 15ish minute walk to the L train and also the G train in Bed Stuy. It's a 15 minute walk to Herbert Von King Park and 20 minute walk to Maria Hernandez park as well. You can comfortably walk to social places in 3 neighborhoods: East Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Bed Stuy
