Subletting my Echo Park apartment for 3 months while I'm away on a job.

Lower apartment in a duplex with lovely, considerate neighbors. Very close walk to Sunset Blvd, coffee shops, restaurants, Lassens, Sprouts.
Close walk to Echo Park Lake.
In the historic Angeleno Heights neighborhood of Echo Park-- a delight to walk around!

Spacious interior, good for stretching out or working on projects. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Quiet.
Small patio out front with chairs and plants.

Street parking only, but I generally find it pretty quickly.

I really love this spot! It's got character and good vibes.
Would love to find someone that wants to stay for the 3 months--starting and ending dates are flexible.

I'll be bringing my dog with me--she's just there to model. Could be open to a dog!
