We're looking for a subletter for our fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment starting late July. We'll be traveling in the UK for a few weeks, with the possibility of extending our stay longer-term—so we're open to short or extended sublets. It's a beautiful, spacious 2-story apartment, including a new washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, living & dining room, a work and desk area, Wi-Fi, Sonos in every room, a brand-new wall-mounted OLED flat screen TV in the living room, and a back patio with a great view of downtown. A craftsman-style bungalow with lots of character—beautiful cherry wood floors with lovely built-ins—a very cozy space full of rustic charm and perfect for writers, artists, or musicians.

This is our home so we ask for it to be treated with respect and to take the time to replace, replenish, and renew the place after enjoying it. There is a $150 cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit required as the apartment is well stocked with entertainment and artwork. All things are inventoried and will be checked before and after your stay.

About This Lister

We're a couple, David and Barbara, who occupy the apartment. Both of us are artists & musicians. We are happy to show you the place in person or via FaceTime—whatever works best for you. We've been renting this apartment for over five years and love the space. We're tidy people and keep the apartment cleaned regularly. It's a smoke-free, pet-free home, though 420-friendly, and pets could be considered.
