Are you looking for a cozy place to nest in the heart of downtown Manhattan? I'm offering up my studio as a home base for exploring the city and experiencing the pulse of NYC.

You'll be right in the middle of Lower East Side & Chinatown, meaning you're just steps away from tons of art galleries, well-curated vintage shops, world-class restaurants & bars, and endless other fun things to see and do!

The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the F/M/J and B/D subway lines, meaning the entire city is at your fingertips! You'll be located just minutes away from multiple grocery stores (including Trader Joe's and Essex Market). You'll also be within a 10-minute walk of Seward Park & iconic East River views (don't miss the opportunity to catch the sunset over the two bridges)!

The apartment is fully furnished with a comfy Avocado twin bed. There is also a roll-up mat under the bed for overnight guests. You'll have access to 5G WiFi and a super effective built-in gas heater.

During your stay, you're welcome to peruse to the array of art books, philosophy, and literature on my shelves - as well as the games! Just please be careful with them and leave them in the condition you found them.
