Hi everyone! I’m renting my entire apartment, with one bedroom available for your exclusive use.
The bedroom features a comfortable bed, a desk, and a built-in wall closet.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a peaceful outdoor space. You’ll have the place entirely to yourselves, as I won’t be living there during the rental period.
Located on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from the Los Feliz Theatre, Figaro Bistrot, and all the great restaurants, cafés, and shops in the neighborhood.
The rate is all-inclusive (utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, and basic household supplies).

Guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbors and, therefore, of the shared outdoor space as well.
A refundable security deposit equal to half a week’s rent is required and will be returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.

Please note that only small, well-behaved dogs/cats are permitted in the residence.
The pet deposit amounts to an extra $200 (returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages).
