Hello! I am looking for someone trustworthy, clean, and responsible to sublet my apartment for about a month.

The apartment is a quaint studio just up one flight of stairs in a brownstone. It is fully furnished with a shared washer and dryer upstairs, wi-fi, in-unit dishwasher and AC unit. All utilities will be included in the rent.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the A/C Utica stop, near quaint food spots like Che, Milk & Pull, Peaches, or Early Yves.
