Monthly rent of $1,500 includes robust wifi, snow plow service, garbage/recycling, water, etc. Tenant is responsible for their electric use, which ranges from $75-$150/month depending on usage habits and weather. I work in student support at a university in NYC. Since COVID, I've been working mostly remotely and am in Woodstock about 75% of the time; the rest of the time I am in NYC.

One of the main reasons I love living in Woodstock is for the fabulous nature. Everyday I take time for either a hike, snow activity or swimming (in the summer!). I also love the slow pace, friendly people, and delicious food options.

I have a sweet and friendly dog, Winnie, who enjoys hiking and lounging equally (and monitoring/chasing squirrels) and is my constant companion.
