A super thoughtfully converted garage space that is a total delight to spend time in. Typically used for family visitors, it is incredibly cozy and perfect for short term stays. The space is a studio with a murphy bed that turns into a desk, a three quarter bath (with a shower) and a "kitchenette" that has an air fryer, coffee pot, kettle, mini fridge and necessary kitchen tools and dishes. There are skylights that provide the space with gorgeous natural light and there is a couch to lounge on. The outdoor space is directly above and is a beautiful deck with comfy chairs, a sun umbrella, a lovely view of the Northeast LA hills and even a sliver of the downtown skyline at night.
About This Lister
Above the garage apartment is a duplex. We live in one half and rent the other half on a more long term basis. We are both writers and are around and about.

Because the property is very much on the street, it is visible to our neighbors and therefore important to us that anyone who stays here are "friends of ours" staying temporarily. We love all our neighbors and so would want anyone staying to feel like an extension of the good energy we aim for on the block.
