You'll have in-building washer/dryer access at no extra cost, and the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park are both an easy 20-minute walk away. Our brownstone and the street we're on have a quiet, neighborly feel—the landlord lives upstairs and there's one other tenant in the rear studio.
