Hola!

I’m Belén, and I’m subletting my bright one-bedroom apartment in Central Harlem from December 15th to March 1. I’m looking for a responsible, cat-loving person to stay at an affordable rate and care for my two sweet cats, Nina & Simon.

1400$ Rent includes gas, internet, water and electricity.

The apartment has tons of natural light, a spacious living room, and a kitchen with new stove and is located near Harlem’s iconic spots (Red Rooster, Sylvia’s, Corner Social), Whole Foods (10 min walk), laundry (5 min away), and subway lines 2/3 (7 min) and A/B/C/D/4/5/6 (15min).

About Nina & Simon: I adopted these shy-but-sweet Bronx-born brothers four years ago. They love naps and quiet company, they may hide at first, but once they warm up, they’re the best mellow companions. I’d love someone who communicates, sends me some photos, and treats them with care.
