Setup: The apartment is fully furnished, with a separate living room and bedroom, a full bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cute balcony for fresh air. Modern conveniences include dishwasher, washing machine, TV, computer monitor, and microwave. Up one flight of stairs on the 1st floor (which would be considered the 2nd floor in the US).

Ideal for singles or couples, though the layout (with doors on both the living room and bedroom) could be made suitable for roommates too. Also good for remote work with desks and external monitors.

Location: in Kreuzberg (Graefekiez), surrounded by leafy streets, cozy cafes, and vibrant local markets. There's an organic supermarket just across the street and everything you might need within a 5-10 minute walk.

- 4-minute walk to the M41 bus (25-minute ride to Berlin HBF, the central train station)
- 6-minute walk to U7 Südstern
- 10-minute walk to U7/U8 Hermannplatz (10 minutes by U8 to Alexanderplatz)
