I am renting out my 1 bedroom apartment on a quiet street in Paris's 11eme arrondissement. There is one big bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a bookcase, and a living room with a large open kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, and clothes-washing machine. The sofa folds out to a very comfortable full-size bed.
The apartment is in a walk-up building, but only one flight of stairs. The building is well maintained and clean. The street is quiet but close to many cafes and restaurants. Père Lachaise is a 10-15 minute walk, and the Marais is approximately 30 minutes walking. The closest metros are the Charonne and Voltaire stops on line 9.
In addition to the dates I've listed in April, I will also be travelling in the second half of May, the second half of June, almost all of August and all of September. Feel free to inquire about other dates, and about lower rates for longer stays!
