Come sublet my beautiful echo park hideaway. It’s in one of the coolest neighborhoods, very quiet and walkable if you don’t mind some hills. Big windows give you an amazing view of the hills in Elysian Heights. Close to all the best bars and coffee shops in Echo Park, but tucked away enough to give you a little private oasis. I am a designer and have put a lot of care into decorating the space and keep it very very clean. Looking for someone or a couple who appreciates the design and will take good care of my space.

The apartment is a duplex (Two-story house with completely separate private entrances). The upstairs is all yours, and there are neighbors who live downstairs. You will have a nice sized outdoor area all to yourself, it’s gated and very private. Good WiFi, smart tv setup with streaming services.

Open living space with a great kitchen with gas stove and updated appliances. Nice sized bedroom with a queen sized bed also has great views, but also has window shades to give you the perfect sleep environment. Bathroom has a claw foot tub, full washer and dryer, shower with a filtered shower head. There’s also an office with a big desk you can work at. Plenty of outlets in the house for all of your gadgets.

It’s a really special place, it’s perfect for any creative types or anyone looking to tap into their creative side. Going to emphasize the BIG windows again and amazing light in the space, it really is very calming and peaceful up here. :)
