The Studio is located in an historic landmarked apt building. It's a 5th FLOOR WALKUP (not for the faint of heart). The building is very quiet with older longtime tenants. The studio overlooks a treelined courtyard.

Drop off Laundry and dry cleaner 1 block away.

Amazing Greenwich Village location with restaurants and shops galore at your doorstep. Within 3 blocks of every train line. Washington Square is around the corner. It's hard to find something at this price range and in this area!!!

Must meet up in person to see the unit. Will be showing to a limited few only. $2700 per month, plus $2700 security deposit (returned after move out). $200 non refundable cleaning fee.
