Hi! I’m a photographer / artist and will be traveling for work, so I’m subletting my home while I’m away. It’s a space I really love and take good care of, and I’m hoping to find the right person to enjoy it while I’m gone.

I’m not the landlord, but I’ll be signing a simple rental agreement with the subletter so everything is clear and comfortable for both of us.
I may also be open to giving the apartment up longer-term for the right fit — happy to talk about that if it comes up.

Rent: $2,550 / month
Security Deposit: $1,500 (since this is a sublet, not a long-term lease) I would need 30 day notice if you'd like to leave early, so i have enough time to find someone else :)

• Dedicated parking spot ( 1 car only)
• Cruiser bike available for your use ( or can be removed )

• Small, quiet building
• Laundry on site, located in the back
• Friendly, respectful neighbors

Location
• Truly great location — very walkable ( Ocean Park is my favorite spot in Santa Monica - close to Venice, all the fun bars & restaurants, active but tucked away so it's calm)
• Close to cafes like Gnarwhald, grocery stores like Whole Foods and Erewhon CVS etc
• Easy access to public transportation and main streets * although, I don't use public transport, but there's bus stops down the street

Optional
If you don’t have a car, I may have one available to rent* depending on a few things — happy to chat about it if helpful.

Who I’m Hoping to Find
Someone clean, responsible, and considerate who will treat the space with care.
