This is a sunny, fully furmished apartment in the heart of Prospect Heights steps from some of Brooklyn’s best restaurants, cafés, and bars (your weekends are about to get delicious). It's a short stroll to Prospect Park — perfect for morning jogs, lazy picnics, famer's market on Saturdays, or dog-watching therapy. There are multiple subway lines within 15 minute walk..takes about 20-30 minutes to get into the city. Prospect Heights is a very walkable neighborhood.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor...sorry it's a walk up. It's a spacious one-bedroom--lots of light in bedroom and kitchen. The living room is shaded. It's fully furnished. You will have access to kitchen appliances-including: toaster oven, vitamix, dishwasher, eletric kettle, cookware, and tableware.
There is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and Prime TV.
There is no laundry on site--but a great laundrymat, just around the corner--next door to the famous Radio Bakery--to satisfy your sweet tooth between wash cycles!

I've been living in this apartment for ten years. My apartment is filled with lots of art that I have been gifted or purchased from around the world.
I love the neighborhood--having Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum so close is great. As a consultant, I work from home--so being in a walkable neighborhood makes it great for quick breaks between zoom calls!
I'll be traveling for several months and my personal things will be stored in a room that will be locked.

The next step will be signing a short-term sublease agreement and making a $1500 security deposit to be returned upon move-out--pending no damage.
Rent is due the first of every month as online payment only. If you move between November 20-30, I will prorate the rent for November.
