THE SPACE
Welcome to our charming triplex apartment located in a newly renovated brownstone in the heart of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. We’ve spent four years lovingly designing and restoring our home, creating a cozy and stylish oasis filled with character, warmth, and a beautiful backyard garden bursting with trees and flowers.

LAYOUT

First Floor (Garden Level): Spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer (approx. 850 sq ft)
Second Floor: Our private bedrooms (not available for rent)
Basement Level: Large private suite (approx. 500 sq ft) with closet, En-suite bathroom, queen-size sofa bed, video projector, and speaker
Backyard: Lush shared garden accessible from the garden level
We are offering the private basement suite with an En-suite bathroom for rent, which includes shared access to the kitchen and living room. On selected dates in July, late August, and September, the entire House is also available for rent, just reach out for dates.

RATES
Rates vary depending on whether you're renting the basement suite only or the full apartment, as well as the number of guests. Our preference is for a single guest or a couple, but we could accommodate more depends on the dates and the number of days.

-Basement suite/Private bath , Shared House: $700 Week/$90 night
(Basement suite, Private bathroom with shared access to kitchen and living room and backyard) 1-2 People

-1 BR Private House: Basement suite $850 per week or $110/night Could accommodate up to 3 people

-2BR Private House: Basement suite and 1 room on 2nd floor $1200 per week or $180/night up to 4 People

All utilities and high-speed internet are included.
Cleaning fee included.

We're in one of the best spots in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn:

10-minute walk to J, Z, and M trains
15-minute walk to the G train at Bedford
Longer walk to the A and C trains
Walking distance to great local spots like Saraghina, Botni, Bar LunÀtico, Peaches,etc.

Quiet, tree-lined block just 14 minutes from Von King Park
Supermarkets and bodegas conveniently located on the corner

About This Lister

ABOUT US:
We’re a friendly couple in our early 40s — I’m an architect, and my husband works as a quality manager. We both work full-time and lead active, social lives, so we’re often out and about.

We also share our home with our sweet 3-year-old Ragdoll cat. She’s very gentle, quiet, and won’t bother you — though she’ll happily accept a few pets if you’re feeling affectionate!
