The apartment is just a 3-minute walk to the U-Bahn Samariterstraße (U5) subway station. From there, you have direct connections to Alexanderplatz (7 minutes), Brandenburger Tor (12 minutes), and Hauptbahnhof (15 minutes). Ostkreuz is a 15-minute walk away, providing direct connections to BER Airport in just 18 to 20 minutes.

The flat is suitable for calm, mature individuals. STRICLTY NO PARTIES or loud noise is allowed in the flat. The neighbors are families and older people. You will surely find a lot of peace and a calm retreat from the busy city.

The cost is 1550 EUR per month all in. We can talk about a small reduction if you want to stay for at least three months.
