The room is sunny, quiet and cozy. There is no closet but the armoire can be left behind if needed. Can easily fit a full sized bed and full dresser (along with armoire).

The apartment has central air and coin-op laundry in basement. Outside of the bedroom, it is fully furnished.

The place is a 7 minute walk to the Kingston Throop C.

10 minute walk to Herbert Von King Park and just a block from Tompkins Ave. Close to lots of cute restaurants, cafes and bars.
