Hi! I am looking for a new roommate, with the intention of getting someone by June 1st, to sublet from June 1st to September 1st or October 1st. We would be the only ones sharing the apartment together.

I am a 37 yr old queer Caribbean woman (they/she) looking for 1 roommate-- LGBTQ+-friendly, and I am accepting of any orientation!

Here's some details about the neighborhood:
- The private house is located in Crown Heights, an ethnically mixed neighborhood.
- We are just 2 short blocks away from the Utica Ave 3 local train and 4 express train and two stops away from LIRR, Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center (one of the 3 main train hubs in NYC).
- 15 minute walk to the A,C,E trains or 7 min bus ride there on the B46
- 20 mins from Manhattan. Plenty of buses, 30 min bus ride to Williamsburg.
- Nice biking and running path on Eastern Parkway if you like to get around that way.
- Lots of grocery stores, laundromats, bodegas, bars and restaurants everywhere. Tree-lined street. Big park, baseball field, dog run and tennis courts at the end of the block.
- Blink Gym and Crunch Gym 2 blocks away.
- If you have a car, there's a lot of parking spaces on the block.
- We are 3 stops away from the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanical Gardens, Grand Army Plaza, a local farmers market, and Prospect Park.

About the room:
It's 1 spacious bedroom, on the top floor of a private house, with a private closet, UTILITIES & INTERNET INCLUDED, and is **FULLY FURNISHED** with a queen bed and a dresser, air conditioning, a TV, a couch, bright light from the 3 windows, high ceilings, wood floors, private closet, a dresser for your clothes, and private entry. There is roof access, a fenced-in front yard to chill in, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony for you to enjoy.

**Please do not bring any new furniture to the space as it is fully furnished and will not have space for more in the room.**

See pictures attached to get a vibe for the room! We get the house professionally cleaned once a month and we share the household things like toilet paper, paper towels etc. We will share the cost for these household expenses.

I am a dog walker and I babysit pets, so expect to see them sometimes. But don't worry, you won't be bothered by them and they won't be under-foot or noisy.

We are a no-shoes house.
