About the space
Hi! I'm looking for someone to join me on the lease in my current apartment. This place is my favorite that I've ever lived in, a block from Greenwood Cemetery, within walking distance of multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants. It's a 2BR with a shared bathroom, and the building was recently renovated, so the dishwasher, stove, fixtures, flooring are all fairly new. There's a big balcony with a view of the Manhattan skyline and lots of sunlight. We also have central AC and heating, which is a huge plus.

It’s a 4th floor walk up, so unfortunately not ADA accessible. Laundry room is in the basement.

Dog and cat friendly! I don’t have pets, but I love them.
