I’m renting out my whole apartment on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border for October 10 - 19th (flexible on the dates, just ask!)

The space includes:

- 1 bedroom with a full bed. 1 office with a queen-size trundle bed + a WFH desk setup you’re welcome to use.

- 8-min walk to the Dekalb L, 13-min walk to the Seneca M, and a 30-minute train ride to Manhattan.

- 3 blocks away from Grover Cleveland Park, 15-min walk to Maria Hernandez Park.

- Walking distance to some of my favorite spots like Honey Moon, Mano's Pizza, Velma’s, Windjammer, and Aunt Ginny’s.

- This is my primary residence, so it has all the things most homes have: coffee maker, pots/pans, etc

- Non-smoking, no pets

I’m the tenant of this apartment and will be traveling this Fall, so I’m looking for someone to rent the space while I’m away. I’m an artist, and the apartment reflects that, it’s decorated with a lot of my own artwork, and much of the pottery you’ll find here is handmade by me. I love Ridgewood because it’s a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, but it’s also super accessible to the rest of NYC. Hoping to find someone who will appreciate the space and area as much as I do!
