I’m a 28-year-old queer, non-binary human (they/them) working in tech and fully remote. I lean introverted but am open to a friendly, cordial roommate dynamic or becoming friends. I don’t smoke or vape, and I rarely drink. I like to keep the space clean (but I’m not a clean freak) and value clear, respectful communication. I’ve lived here for 2 years, and between my current roommate and me, we’ve been in the apartment for 5 years total—it truly feels like home. I’m into music, art, food, and spending time with animals, among many other interests.
- Income: ~40× rent
- Good credit score

Pets are allowed in the building. There is one friendly cat currently in the apartment who prefers to be the only cat. Dogs are welcome if they are well trained and comfortable living with cats. Open to discussing another cat depending on temperament and willingness to do a slow, proper introduction.
