I am looking for someone to take over a third of the rent for the open room, while I hold the lease. I have been in this building for years, and have a good relationship with the landlord and neighbors. I am also the buildings super, so I fix and maintain whatever the building needs. I am clean, joyful, and social but understand the need for alone time. I work from home currently but often have a hybrid schedule and split my time between my office and the road.
