Located on the second floor, this apartment is in a nice area that's well connected to Manhattan via the subway (4,3, A and C) and within walking distance from Prospect Park (about 30 min). You'll also find plenty of amenities nearby, including two supermarkets just three minutes away, a gym, several cafes, and a couple of parks.

The rent for the room is $1000 per month.

In addition to the bedrooms, you'll have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We're two PhD students from Spain, and you'll probably just share with 1 of us (so one of the rooms will most likely be empty). We're looking for responsible and respectful subletters who will keep the apartment clean and tidy.
