The room is part of a shared apartment with my lovely roommate (27, m).
It rests on the third floor of an apartment building right off the Flushing M/J. G and L trains are a 10m walk away making it a great spot for easy access across the city.

Room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a bookshelf. The apartment has a bathroom, a kitchen full of cookware and a nice living room/dining room area.

There are two grocery stores around the block and countless amazing restaurants right along the street. Graham is full of handy shops and businesses should you need a bank, a pharmacy or a snack.

Open to sublet for the full month or shorter periods at a prorated cost!
