Sunny, furnished room available in a shared Williamsburg apartment on the third floor of a quiet building just off the Flushing M/J. The G and L trains are a 10-minute walk, making it an easy jump to anywhere in the city.

The room is set up for both rest and work: furnished with a bed, bookshelf, a large standing desk, and a 32” external monitor. It’s designed for folks who work remotely, edit, write, or generally like to make art.
*note on the pictures, the shelf and clothes rack in the picture will be empty for your use!

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate (27, m) who is generally out teaching during the day. The common areas include a comfortable living/dining room with a projector and home-theater-style setup, a full kitchen stocked with cookware, and a shared bathroom.

The neighborhood has grocery stores and laundromats around the corner, countless great restaurants and cafés along Graham, and all the practical essentials nearby (pharmacy, bank, late-night snacks).

Open to subletting for the full month I’m away, or shorter stays at a prorated rate. Happy to discuss what works best for you, just want to find someone to make the most of my cozy spot :)
