I am subletting my super cozy and comfortable studio in Washington Heights. The studio is very quiet and perfect for musicians or artists.
It's located on the corner of Bennett and 181st street. Very close to Hudson River and to Fort Washington Park and Cloisters.
It's on the third floor. We have an elevator in the building.
I'm away from May 23rd till September 12. I prefer longer durations of sublets, but shorter periods is also possible.
The rent is 1400$
the place has AC but doesn't have Wifi, I use the internet on my cellphone.
