This apartment brings me joy as you're able to walk the river and grab coffee from La Colombe (7 min walk). There's washer dryer, dish washer, a heating + ac system in unit. I work from home every day so there's a nice dinning table I use to work from. There's also good coffee shops not too far from here as well.

The neighborhood is fairly quiet, sometimes it can get a little loud with linga franca downstairs but not that bad. I'm a 5 min drive from whole foods and a CVS.
