I’ll be out of town for the winter holidays, and I’m looking for a reliable person to sublet my cozy 2-bedroom in Harlem.
This 5th floor apt (no elevator) has a bedroom, bathroom, a big living room (with a sofa bed), and a kitchen. Plenty of light and a wonderful view of Harlem. It’s sooo warm, comfy, and fully equipped (furniture is minimal, but everything you need is there). Utilities (+ internet wifi) included!

Located in Strivers’ Row, in a charming early-20th-century building, the apartment blends Harlem’s historic character with the functionality of modern New York living. It’s a 5-minute walk from the 135 St subway stop (B/C), 10 minutes from 145 St (A/B/C/D), and 15 minutes from the 2/3 lines. Columbia University is just a 20-minute walk away, while City College is just at 10'.

You can stay for the whole holiday period (the aparment is free from now till 7th January) or just part of it. Price: whole holiday period $1500.
