Hi there! I’m a 26-year-old professional working in the fashion industry. After a great year in this apartment, I’m heading off to grad school and am looking for someone to take over my room for the summer months (May–August).

I am the current tenant and am listing this room myself. You’ll be sharing the space with my two roommates, who are long-term friends of mine. They are wonderful, reliable people who have lived here for a while and help make the apartment feel like a true home.
While I am the primary contact for the listing and will be showing the space (either in person or via FaceTime), the apartment is managed by a large, professional rental agency. They are very responsive and handle any maintenance or building issues that crop up, which makes for a very smooth living experience.
