Hi there - I'm heading out of town from October 7th through mid-November (end date is flexible), leaving my lovely fully furnished apartment available for sublet while I'm gone :)

The apartment is super cozy - 3 large windows let the sun shine in, super high ceilings (w/ exposed beams) keep it nice and airy, there's a king sized bed to get your rest in, and the space is decorated with love - lots of art and plants as you can see from the pics.

The street is quiet, calm and centrally located between the J and L train lines:
- 4 min walk to the Halsey J train
- 10 min walk to the Wilson L train
- 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop
- 5 min walk to Irving Square Park
- Lots of restaurants and bars on Wilson Ave and Broadway Ave (feel free to ask me for recs in the neighborhood)

Note that the full unit is a duplex, but I've listed it as a studio here since I'm only subletting the top floor (all pics in this listing are of the top floor which is available to you). There's a staircase to the basement, but the basement will remain locked during your stay because my music studio is on that floor (the basement will be vacant, it's just not included in the sublet).

I'd love to find someone who resonates with the space, would treat it as their own home and is comfortable watering the plants every few weeks :)
