Sunny Studio Sublet in Bed-Stuy w/ Balcony, W/D, Gym & Rooftop

I’m subletting my bright and cozy studio apartment in Bed-Stuy while I’m away. The apartment faces southeast and gets tons of natural sunlight all day.

I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful to stay here while I’m gone. Ideally, someone who can also water my plants once a week 🌿 (they’re easy, I promise).
