Our furnished apartment is on the top floor of a small, three-floor walk-up with five units. The entire space is well-lit throughout the day. A cozy living room is attached to an open kitchen outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, large fridge, a vitamix, lots of spices—and ample sunlight!

The bedroom has two big windows that make for a bright morning and a closet with built-in mirrors. The bed is made of two raised, 100% cotton shikibuton mattresses (Japanese folding mattresses) on a king platform.

The second room is a minimalistic study with a standing desk and a printer.

The entire space is very clean, free of any clutter.

The neighborhood itself is the best part of Astoria. An easy 5-minute walk to two subway stops: the N,W lines and the R,M (E,F @ nights) line. It is 15 mins to Grand Central Station in Manhattan.

It is close to some of the most delicious food in New York! There are coffee shops, tons of restaurants, a variety of bars, charming cafes, grocery stores, halal carts, laundromats (closest is less than a 30 sec walk). Very close to Broadway and Steinway, and yet away from all the hustle-bustle.

We are looking for someone who is super respectful of our space. Our building is quiet and family friendly, so no parties or loud nights. No pets allowed either.
