Beautiful and sizeable 1 bed / 1 bath in the heart of West Village very close to many of the charming cafes / restaurants the area has to offer. Great natural light. Hardwood floors. 1 block from multiple subways (1,2,3,L,A,C,E).
Top floor unit in elevator building. Doorman and superintendent onsite. Two AC units. All appliances (fridge, microwave, espresso machine, oven, dishwasher). Very fast wi-fi. Laundry in building. TV with netflix etc.
CA King size bed.
I will be traveling and am looking for a quiet and cleanly individual to stay in my space while I'm away.
Minimum 15 night stay required, but I can be flexible on dates within the date range of 12/17- 1/11

No parties or pets (sorry!). Rent of $190 per day includes all utilities. I would want security deposit, half the total rent as a down payment and then the rest of the payment when the person is in the unit. In addition, two cleaning cleaning fees of $120 for the housekeeper (one before you arrive to make it nice and clean; and one after you depart). I have short-term leased this apartment before with great experiences! I have a simple, little agreement we can sign.
In general, I am a pretty easy going person and we can figure out what works for both parties' peace of mind.
