This railroad-style unit on the second floor (no elevator) is clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Enjoy a spacious, well-lit kitchen fully equipped for cooking and dining. The bright bathroom, though small, features a bathtub and window. Next to the kitchen is a compact office space.
At the center of the apartment, the bedroom opens into a bright living room filled with natural light, especially in the mornings. It includes a full-sized bed with a firm mattress, perfect for restful sleep. The living room overlooks a quiet street and features a cozy sofa along with a cherished collection of vinyl records for you to enjoy respectfully.

Our apartment is home to many beloved plants, and we hope you will care for them as we do. The neighborhood is peaceful, with various cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby. It’s a 10-minute walk to Nassau Ave G train station, with the B48 bus stopping just around the corner. McGolrick Park is a quick 2-minute walk, while McCarren Park and Transmitter Park are within a 10 and 20-minute walk, respectively.
For laundry, a clean and convenient laundromat is just 2 minutes away.
