The vibe: vetted mix of creatives and professionals. Most decisions and communication happen over Slack; the house runs as a do-ocracy. One meeting and 4–5 hours of chores per month. Projects — art, music, food — encouraged. House is clean and generally quiet, with occasional dinners and parties. No pets due to allergies.
