The things that make living in a studio apartment so cool is that everything is only a few feet away. The completely furnished space is located in Silverlake and surrounded by great coffee, good restaurants, trendy bars and after all that you head home to tranquil comfort. The studio is 425 sq. ft with stained concrete floors and a most comfortable double bed for your slumber. The living area has a stylish couch and chairs for relaxing. The kitchen is located behind 2 large glass sliding doors as well as the shower. It's a modern European ecstatic with everything having a place and all space is used smartly. There is a big closet and the bathroom is roomy as well. There is a built in desk for those work from home days and a kitchen island for those lazy coffee mornings.
Wifi and utilities are included in the price. There is street parking. The space works for transitional living such travel nurses or if moving here but not sure where to land. There is air and heat and outdoor adventures await within walking distance. Trader Joe's is down the street and Whole Foods down the other street. There is only this one apartment and it sits below the main house. Everything is street accessible but there is one stair up to the bathroom inside of the space.

I work as a podcast producer and work from home. I do not live on the property. I have lived in the Silverlake community for several years and have seen many changes happen; what I still enjoy about it are the people it attracts. I was a builder developer and my company built the home. It used to be my home. I actually designed the space and used some of the ideas I experienced when traveling and bought them back with me. I enjoy people but also believe a living space is a place of stillness and reflection. I practice Pilates and Yoga and use to teach both.
