These Hands Maker’s Collective was founded in 2018 by artist of all-the-things Denise Ambrosi as a central space to foster creativity and community in the epicenter of LA. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into the community we have today.

Our beautiful soaring approx 2000 sq ft space (high ceilings and lots of natural light) is centrally at the crossroads of Venice, Culver City and Marina del Rey. It is close to major bus lines The space is ADA accessible and is on the ground floor. The space is relatively quiet and clean. There is no work being created here that is dusty or loud. Our current artists in residence are painters and illustrators. Each workspace (approx 50 sq ft) is divided with some privacy.

These Hands features a wonderful sunlit area for hang outs, workshops, artists in residence, work desks for makers and supplies and crafts for purchase.

Rent includes 24-access to the space which has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, WIFI, creative tools and some supplies, the ability to host/teach classes and the ability to sell your products in our retail space if you want to. We have a lot of fun here. If you rent one of the desks in our space, it's like being part of a really inclusive, friendly creative club. It's also an amazing opportunity to get your work in front of a lot of people.
