Looking for someone to come on board and focus on lead generation and sales. This is the first time we've looked to bring on someone for a role like this, so we're very open to your ideas and expertise in this area. Looking for a creative thinker with strong networking skills to open our work up to new eyes.
Job is posted as part time, as we think ~20 hours a week is a great start, but we're more than open to your thoughts on this. More than ok with you managing your own time, as at the end of the day we're looking for results more than clocked hours.
We have a large studio in Greenpoint for you to work from, but we're more than fine with you working from home if more convenient.
Must haves would be an understanding of creative studios and their offerings, we're selling a service more than a product so knowing how that service operates is key.
We're looking for you to take lead on generating new interest in working with us, and we're more than ready to support you with any designed documents or resources you may need.
Compensation is structured as base pay of $3,000 a month, with 15% commission on any/all projects secured by you. For lower scope jobs, this would be anywhere from $400-$1000, but for a full scope rebrand we'd be looking at something more like $3,000-$5,000.
More than open to thoughts or discussions about any of these points though.

We specialize in the design of brand identity, packaging, and web, as well as social content planning, production, and execution.
We've always been a small 2 person team handling all projects in house, but are looking to grow. All communications will be with one of the two owners, Alek & Brian.
