Currently, we have two private studios available in Williamsburg — one for $700 and another for $1,100.
Both are quiet, soundproof, and perfect for creative work. The larger $1,100 studio has super high ceilings (around 15–16 ft) and about 160 sq ft of space — ideal for building a small loft or creating two levels (for example, one for painting or editing and another for storage or a workspace).
