Common Practice Workshop is a studious working office, with the occasional rooftop beer: Architects, designers, writers, filmmakers, artists, non-profits and even an historic preservationist.

Our space is run by an architect and designer duo, a full floor walkup with brick walls, high ceilings and great natural light. We overlook both Bowery and Chrystie.

We are a kindred space built on trust, offering dedicated desks for solo creatives and small teams.

You will have 24/7 access to the space plus the following:

- High speed internet (hard lines available)
- Bookable large conference room with table
- Bookable small conference room with desk
- Small ad hoc telephone room with couch
- Unlimited B&W printing (color prints on honor code)
- Stocked kitchenette, shared eating area, full-size fridge
- Filtered water, coffee, black, green and herbal teas
- Key card entry
- Mail and package delivery
- Lots of plants and art
- Weekly cleaning (and daily zhuzhing)
- Rooftop
- Compost!

Each desk comes with adjacent shelf storage and a small filing cabinet. Teams have additional storage and space for pinning up, plus further storage is available.

Pricing ranges from $450-$575 per month for a dedicated desk and varies based on commitment length and storage needs. Email for a seating chart or just come by for a visit.

There are no add-on fees for the space, conference rooms, basic printing, or any amenities. Please email us to schedule a visit.
