Fully furnished, with hardwood floors, elevator and building front entrance ramp. 2 window ACs, one in the bedroom and another in the living room (current pics were from winter, but I’ve installed them since). Washer and dryer in building basement. No pets, no parties- space is more for a relaxing stay.
Closest to 2/3/4/5/S subways on Franklin Avenue. Two grocery stores nearby and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Blocks away from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum.
