Offering a room in a BEAUTIFUL Crown Heights corner unit just 4 minutes from the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 while I'm away for a month.
With central A/C and two huge living rooms, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a great place for a summer respite in Brooklyn.
The first living room has three windows and a wrap-around couch for lazy reading or talking. The second living room has a huge TV and super comfortable couch.
The bedroom has a full-sized bed, big window, desk and record player for your use. With my plants and books as well, I'll clear out as much closet space as humanly possible for your usage while staying here!
Also free to use our kitchen, with a new range and big fridge.
Laundry in building, roof access available, and the $350/week includes all utilities! We're also close with the upstairs neighbors who are super great!

I'm Nick (25M), a software engineer who's gonna be traveling during the time my room is available. You'd be sharing the space with my three roommates listed below, who are each really nice!

You would preferably be in your 20s and able to get along with those folks above!
